WELL NO, NOT REALLY. But CNN reports that Chelsea Clinton has been asked for her hand in marriage...by an East African. Former President Bill Clinton has been offered by Mr. Godwin Kipkemoi Chepkurgor 40 goats and 20 cows as a dowry. The gentlemen insists on waiting for her response.
So far he's been waiting 5 years.

I would like to propose to Chelsea, but instead of farm animals i'd like to give her an engagement ring made out of cheneys head after i have it made into a diamond - hillary can have dubyas as diamond for a cocktail ring, and i would propose a toast to the real president Al Gore & to our former first lady and future president hillary clinton. sorry, guys - we men are from mars types - have been screwing this up for a long time - time to give the lady a chance. Chelsea should know that i have admired her from afar for a long time, and women call me cute & pretty, rarely handsome - thank u marquerite for getting it right.
