So Andy Card Is Out, Josh Bolton Is In
WHITE HOUSE CHIEF OF STAFF ANDY CARD resigns. As someone who aspired to be the longest running Chief of Staff, Card resigning comes as a surprise. Then again, how much more law-breaking, truth-bending, spin-stirring can one man take? Might as well get on out before the Congressional investigators get in.
